Celebration of Distinction Award Ceremony
The Alumni Association recognizes outstanding George Mason University alumni, students, and faculty with a number of awards and scholarships each spring during this annual recognition ceremony.

ExtravaGRADza commencement outreach
The Alumni Association welcomes new graduates into the alumni community each year at Commencement through various activities.

Homecoming
Homecoming serves as Mason's alumni reunion and is the largest gathering of alumni at Mason during the year. Alumni activities range from affinity receptions to cultural and social events. Alumni are encouraged to come back and reconnect with classmates faculty and staff while interacting with students at this annual university-wide celebration.

Virginia Gold Cup Hospitality Tent
Each year, the Alumni Association hosts a hospitality tent at the annual Virginia Gold Cup Races at Great Meadow.
